We offer free shipping within NZ on all Murse orders made. We use NZ parcel post (tracked).
International orders incur a charge of NZD14.50 and are sent via standard airmail. We can accommodate requests for registered international post when prior arrangement is made.
Orders within NZ should take between 2-3 workings days to arrive after dispatch. Delivery of international orders will vary and we cannot accept responsibility for any delays and/or items going missing due to international mail services. Please note that some orders may take a little longer where (depending on stock levels) the Murse product will need to be made to order. We endeavour to advise customers if this is the case.
All Murse products on this site are produced to the highest quality and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also inspect all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are free from any defects. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and they are returned in their original condition. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any sale items unless proven faulty. In saying that customer satisfaction is important to us so we will be happy to offer you a similar Murse product or credit note for any unwanted items, provided the items are re-saleable. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under general consumer law.
When you return your goods please ensure they are well packaged so they are not damaged in the post. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked / insured service as The Original Murse Co. cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on returns.
